On January 22, 2009, Conseros Software was acquired by Genesys Telecommunications Inc, part of Alcatel-Lucent Enterprise. For more information on this announcement, please refer to the press release. 
  
Now part of the Genesys family, the team has been hard at work incorporating the Conseros products into the Genesys product suite to create Genesys intelligent Workload Distribution (iWD), a product that delivers operational efficiency and effectiveness in service delivery operations. More on Genesys iWD can be found here.
